License and Usage Rights

1️⃣ Standard License (Non-Exclusive)
When you purchase a single image or any bundle, you receive a standard license:
✅ You can use the image in non-commercial materials, such as:

  • Educational resources you create for your clients or students
  • Worksheets, presentations, or activities shared directly with children and families
  • Digital or printed materials that are not sold commercially

✅ You may print and modify the images for your own professional use.

You may not:

  • Sell products or resources containing these images
  • Use the images in logos, trademarks, or brand identity
  • Distribute the files or resell them in any way

2️⃣ Commercial License (Extended Use)
If you wish to use an image in commercial products (e.g., books, card decks, games, materials for sale), you need a commercial license per image.

The commercial license grants you:
✅ The right to include the image in products that you sell or distribute for profit
✅ Permission to use the image in marketing and promotional materials

Important considerations:

Please note that the commercial license grants the right to use the image commercially but does not grant exclusive rights. The same image may be licensed to other customers.

If you require exclusive use of an image (meaning no other customer will be able to license it), please contact us to arrange an exclusive license agreement. Exclusive licenses are subject to availability and additional fees.

You still may not:Resell or share the original image file as a standalone product

  • Register the image as part of your trademark or brand without explicit permission
